Software Licenses:
Prices are per Desktop, Server, or Physical Machine (based upon the license) for licenses to be purchased by a single enterprise or business entity.
The price of each Software License includes the fee for the first year Maintenance Agreement.
Maintenance Agreements:
The Maintenance Agreement term for additional licenses purchased at the initial purchase volume rank will be the same as that of the initial purchase, and will expire on the same day as the technical support term for the initial licenses.
Maintenance Agreement includes:
Technical Support: email, FAX, and telephone support provided by Rectiphy during normal business hours.
Upgrade Protection: during the Maintenance period, upgrade versions of the licensed software product are provided at no additional charge.
Media Kits:
Media kits are charged separately per kit and should be purchased together with your initial license purchase. Media kits are available for $15 each and include the following components:
CD containing an installable full version of the licensed software and electronic documentation (User’s Guide)
Protective packaging for the CD
