Rectiphy is committed to the channel and values the hard work and efforts of ActiveImage Protector Resellers. While every sale can’t be processed through channel partners, Rectiphy makes every effort to facilitate our partner’s success through price protection, deal registration, lead sharing, marketing,  joint demonstrations and configuration and quotation support.

Rectiphy currently sells ActiveImage Protector through multiple avenues. Besides sales though Reseller Partners, AIP is also available for purchase directly from Rectiphy’s Web-Store and Rectiphy’s direct sales team.  Below are the details for each sales channel.

Reseller Partner Purchases

Reseller Partners may purchase Software licenses of Rectiphy ActiveImage Protector, for resale to end customers, directly from Rectiphy Sales.  Purchases may be made via Credit Card or Purchase Order.

Rectiphy Sales will request full End Customer details from the Reseller Partner and then generate a formal Quote to be emailed to the Reseller Partner.  This quote must be signed and returned via FAX, or email, along with the Credit Card information or a copy of the Purchase Order, as well as a copy of the Reseller Partner’s State “Reseller Certificate”.

For Credit Card orders the Credit Card will be processed, the order fulfilled, and the Software Serial Number and Activation Keys delivered via email to the End Customer as well as the Reseller Partner.  A “paid” invoice also will be sent to the Reseller Partner. 

For Purchase Orders that meet the PO requirements as defined on the formal Quote, the order will be processed, the order fulfilled, and the Software Serial Number and Activation Keys delivered via email.  An invoice due Net 15 will be sent to the Reseller Partner.

Rectiphy will make every effort to process orders received from any sales channel as quickly and correctly as possible. 

Prices are in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise noted.  Applicable sales taxes will be applied where required by law.  All sales are considered final.

Web-Store Purchases

End Customers may purchase or download individual evaluation software licenses of Rectiphy ActiveImage Protector via the Rectiphy Corporate website. Rectiphy’s Web-Store lists AIP products at retail price only.  Purchases and evaluation downloads require complete end customer contact information.  The software product can be downloaded from the web, and upon acceptance of the software end user license agreement terms, the end customer may use the product on an evaluation basis for up to 15 days.

After successful installation and testing, users typically will contact Resellers for pricing information. Authorized Rectiphy Partners who register that prospect will have the advantage of price protection and may wish to use some of the generous partner margin as well as value-add services such as installation and training to assure they will earn the sale.

Note: Web-Store purchases are for End Customers only.  Reseller Partners wishing to purchase should contact the Rectiphy sales team.

End Customer Direct Purchases

End Customers who wish to purchase software licenses of Rectiphy ActiveImage Protector, but do not wish to utilize the Web-Store, may contact Rectiphy Sales directly to request sales support, configuration assistance, a price quotation and more.  Once again, resellers who register their customer or prospect are price protected and can take advantage of personalized pre and post sales support from Rectiphy. The Rectiphy sales team will work diligently to help you close the sale and are compensated on your success.
